Xingchang Zhang


Xinchang Zhang, academician of the International Eurasian Academy of Sciences, second-level professor of Guangzhou University, professor and doctoral tutor of Sun Yat-sen University, visiting professor and doctoral tutor of Wuhan University, and special professor of Hunan Xiangjiang Scholars Program. It is mainly engaged in the teaching and research of theoretical methods and technical applications of digital cities (smart cities) and space-time structure simulation of land use. Hosted by 6 National Natural Science Foundation projects (1 key project, 5 projects), 1 Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation Key Project and 1 Ministry of Education Higher Education Doctoral Program Special Research Fund (Board) More than 70 scientific research projects, the national quality online open course "Introduction to Geographic Information System" and the national boutique video open course "Digital City". In the domestic and foreign journals, 204 academic papers were published, of which 46 were included in SCI or EI; 14 published in public included 4 books and 0 textbooks, 2 of which were nationally ranked “Eleventh Five-Year”. Planning textbooks; 1 won the "Twelfth Five-Year" national-level planning textbook; won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award; won 15 provincial and ministerial level and national scientific progress awards and won the provincial and ministerial level teaching achievement award. 11 items; 4 software copyrights, 4 invention patents, and won the 2011 National Baosteel Outstanding Teacher Award, the 6th National Excellent Science and Technology Workers in 2014, and the 2015 Xia Jianbai Surveying and Mapping Enterprise Innovation Contribution Award" and "Science Chinese (2016) Person of the Year" award.
